Candidates:

When asked the question, “How soon do you expect to be placed in a position by your staffing firm?” 64 percent of respondents said, “In under a month's time.” Sixteen percent expect it to take between one and three months, while eight percent believe it could happen in three to six months. Twelve percent of respondents estimate that it could take up to a year.
Hiring Managers:

When asked the question, “How soon do you expect to have a position filled by an ideal candidate?” 56 percent of respondents said, “Between one and three months.” Twenty-two percent expect it to take under a month's time, while 11 percent believe it could happen in three to six months. The remaining 11 percent of respondents estimate that it could take up to a year.
