External Reporting

Manager The External Reporting Manager is responsible for the preparation of external financial reporting in accordance with GAAP including SEC filings, press releases and investor presentations to ensure accurate and timely filings. This role is responsible for researching accounting issues to determine proper treatment in accordance with GAAP and for the establishment/maintenance of the accounting policy manual. In addition this role will ensure all SEC regulatory filings under the Controllers' responsibility are prepared and filed on a timely basis. Up to $125K plus bonus.
