Job Number:	7951 - Reporting Lead
Summary of Responsibilities:
Utilizes general accounting and financial principles and techniques, and assists in obtaining, assembling, evaluating, interpreting, recording and analyzing financial data under minimal direction. Prepares financial reports and performs financial analysis. Ensure integrity of financial statements and data, adherence to accounting policies and procedures, and compliance with internal controls. Partner with the business to ensure financial records are recorded/reported according to IFRS as well as guiding the business around proper accounting treatment. Accountabilities · Develop an effective partnership with local businesses · Work with both internal and external sources to ensure proper reporting of financial data · Provide targeted IFRS training for local Business Partners · Review and perform analytics on legal entity results for accuracy and ensure adjustments made as needed · Effectively manage relationship with a third party provider to ensure standards are met · Approve and review journal entries, interfaces and account reconciliations and handle corrective actions as needed · Identifies researches and recommends solutions to areas of concern in relation to accounting information.Responsible for adherence to the company's framework of internal controls. Reviews and analyzes budget to actual variances and related month end variance reporting for managers to ensure integrity of the financial statements.
Experience and Education:
