A Japanese connoisseur, Scott Webb began his professional career practicing Japanese Audit, working for both Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen & Co. in New York City. A few years into his practice, Scott developed a keen curiosity for financial consulting, and discovered where his true passion lies: within the staffing realm.
Scott later joined a large, international staffing firm where he assumed responsibilities for all service lines throughout the Midwest. Early in his staffing career, he led the development of the corporation’s consulting and professional practice along the East Coast. Ten years later, Scott relocated and built a middle-market platform for the world’s largest employee benefits consulting firm.
Now the Managing Director of the SÁLO Project team, Scott is thrilled to call SÁLO home. “At SÁLO Project, we pride ourselves on knowing the best finance and accounting associates in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. And our deep knowledge of the companies that do business here allows us to provide associates who offer a good cultural fit and immediate professional value to the clients they serve.”
In addition to staffing, Scott’s passions include fly fishing, working on his pilot’s license and spending time with his wife and two children. An adventurous soul, Scott has lived in Australia and continues to study Japanese.
