Scott Sterling brings an impressive background to the firm. Prior to joining the SALO Project team as a Business Development Manager, Scott worked as Division Director and Recruiting Manager for a high profile, international professional placement firm. His outstanding accomplishments there were well recognized by a number of noteworthy awards he received. In his professional career, Scott has also worked for Arthur Andersen and KPMG, where he served as Senior Manager of International Executive Services.
After producing some phenomenal results at these companies, Scott longed for a new challenge and was immediately drawn to SALO. “I really wanted to be a part of a team that consistently works with the most talented people in the area. And after meeting everyone at SALO, I was immediately infused with the constant energy and passion that they have for what they do. I knew right then and there that SALO was the perfect fit for me.”
Scott is a graduate of North Park University in Chicago, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. He is an active member of AICPA and the Minnesota Society of CPAs. Scott has also assumed roles as President of the Civic Orchestra of Minneapolis, member of the Blaine City Parks Playground Committee and Vice President of Operations of Pottawattomie Park Baseball. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He is also a huge baseball fan and follows both the Twins and the Cubs, hoping for a World Series win from one of them in the near future.
