With his entrepreneurial spirit and groundbreaking experience at Fortune 500 companies, Noel Hara is an exceptional fit for SALO Project. Hailing from Chicago, IL where he consistently ranked among the top sales leaders in his industry, Noel is a real professional powerhouse.
Before joining the SALO Project team, Noel worked for Gallup Consulting in Chicago where he served as an Associate Partner of the management consulting firm. There he worked with global organizations to achieve better management of human capital, increase customer engagement and enhance financial performance. Prior to Gallup Consulting, Noel was Vice President for a $4 billion real estate services company where he successfully opened and led multiple new regional sales offices and operations centers.

Noel maintains an active membership on the Government Affairs Committee for The Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the Young Leadership Council for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee as well as the Advisory Board to the Kendall College of Business. Noel enjoys volunteering for Imerman Angels, a Chicago-based non-profit organization that offers one-on-one support to cancer fighters.
A graduate from Illinois State University, Noel is a licensed real estate broker and approved provider of continuing education courses to attorneys, CPAs and Realtors. In his spare time, Noel enjoys spending time with his wife and twin children, scuba diving and skiing.
