Kelly’s natural intrigue with helping people find the best solution is why she initially contacted Salo. She called Erin Matushak, a colleague from public accounting, and it was quickly determined Kelly would be a great addition to the Salo team.
“The entrepreneurial spirit of Salo combined with the individualized approach to both clients and consultants is why I’m excited to be a part of the team,” Kelly said. She embraces understanding her clients’ businesses and providing the best consultants to meet their challenges.
Kelly graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in accounting. She started her career as an auditor in public accounting before moving on to work at several large companies including Target, Carlson Companies and, most recently, Lawson.
Kelly is married to Matt and they keep busy with two very active boys, ages 2 and 4, and the family dog, Summit. Kelly’s interests include traveling anywhere with a beach, running, playing violin and piano. Kelly also participates in a tutoring/mentoring program at Maxfield Elementary school in St. Paul.
