Karina Curbelo comes to SALO Project with a striking background of Human Resources and customer service roles. Before joining the SALO Project team, Karina worked for TCF Bank as a Training Coordinator, Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. There, she was recognized consistently for her excellent customer dedication. Prior to these roles, Karina served as a Staffing Coordinator for the company, organizing HR programs, processes and facilitating new employee orientation. It was in this particular position that Karina gained enthusiasm for the staffing and recruiting world, leading her on an inevitable journey to SALO.

Now a key SALO operations member, Karina provides significant business support while utilizing her innate ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. “SALO provides me with the opportunity to utilize my talents and strengths, and I feel like my ideas are truly valued and appreciated here,” Karina says. “It really is great to be an integral part of the SALO team.”

Karina has a passion for design and has taken various courses in apparel design, photography and other creative disciplines. She also enjoys outdoor activities such as tennis and rollerblading, spending time with her family and going to concerts with friends.
