Judy Zimmer truly epitomizes the SALO standard: She is passionate, driven, outgoing, and highly-networked. Throughout the past 20+ years of her career, Judy has interviewed thousands of individuals, helped hundreds of companies improve their hiring processes, and provided professional support to a multitude of financial consultants.

Judy began her career as a Branch Manager in the temporary help industry. With a passion for people and staffing, she later assumed the role of Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Staffing for a large, regional bank. After successfully reorganizing the bank’s staffing function, Judy worked for a large franchise group as their Human Resources Director. She later helped a local consulting firm start an executive coaching division.

Now a certified business coach, Judy uses her training to inspire individuals who are interested in enhancing their career, as well as those who are going through a career transition. As SALO’s Consultant Advocate, she acts as the voice and resource for the firm’s Associates. In this vital position, Judy offers Associates professional coaching tips and ensures that they feel supported and fulfilled on every engagement. She also works with our Associates on career development and assists them in furthering their professional goals.

Judy is a graduate of the College of St. Benedict, where she received her BA in Liberal Studies. She is an avid reader, motivational speaker, author, and has helped over 10,000 individuals with their job search throughout her career.
