Jeff Otos has a "blended background." In his nine years at Arthur Andersen, he spent four years as an auditor, then five years as an operations manager for the audit practice, handling budgeting, forecasting, productivity analysis, and resource assignments.

He continued to build expertise in operations, finance and human capital while filling several director-level positions during three and half years at a local fortune 100 company. "This combination of experience has given me the ability to understand the cross functional implications of business issues and problems," he says.

Jeff also has an MBA in finance and operations management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota to compliment his 'real world' experience.

Bringing his blend of experiences to SALO seemed like a natural fit. "I have the business acumen and skills to dig in and understand what the client's problems really are," Jeff says. "I want to leverage my technical background to understand the business issues and related resource needs. We're looking for the optimal resource solution for our consultants and our clients."
