Jason Yoraway comes to SALO Search after being self-employed for the last five years as an independent accounting / finance consultant. His roles and experiences included providing project management leadership for larger corporations, and CFO and controller roles for smaller organizations. Prior to his self-employment, Jason was progressing his career in the accounting / finance industry and climbing the proverbial "corporate ladder" while earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bethel University, majoring in Business Management. His career path took a turn in 2000 when he spent almost two years recruiting for a large, international placement firm in the Twin Cities. It was this experience that taught him the power of networking, refined his relationship building skills, and most importantly, unleashed his entrepreneurial spirit.

As a busy father of four, Jason spends most of his spare time on or off the soccer field both as a player for various adult leagues in the Twin Cities and as a youth coach for his oldest son's team. His other "taxi" service duties include shuttling the kids to and from swimming lessons, T-ball practices and games, soccer practices, and other various kid - friendly activities.
