Erin Carter brings an impressive background to SALO. She has successful experience in rapidly growing businesses, from start-up to Fortune 20 companies. Erin also has a breadth of Big Four accounting experience, along with expertise in financial responsibility and business partnering.

Prior to joining SALO Project, Erin served as the Director of Finance for Medtronic and the Vice President of Accounting and Reporting for UnitedHealth Group. Constantly embracing new challenges, Erin thrived in such rapidly-changing environments. And in these roles, she gained expertise in international management as well as process improvement. Furthermore, Erin helped her organization gain recognition by the Hackett Group as an exemplary financial department demonstrating world-class processes and procedures.

After producing such achievements at Medtronic and UnitedHealth Group, Erin longed for a new challenge and was immediately drawn to SALO: “I really wanted to be a part of a team that consistently works with the most talented people in the area. Erin is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Erin helps educate Minnesota youth on economic careers through her board membership and volunteerism with BestPrep. She also enjoys running and participating in triathlons.
