Brian Haukoos knows the staffing industry, having spent three years working in placement for the local office of a large, national placement firm. Then he took on new challenges as a senior executive recruiter for Target Corporation. But Brian missed the fast-paced staffing industry and working with the rich variety of Twin Cities businesses on their hiring needs.

Yet he wouldn't work for just any placement company. It wasn't appealing for Brian to go to one of those staffing firms that emphasizes making transactions and hitting the numbers. Brian enjoys interacting with both client companies and candidates to gain in-depth knowledge of the job or employee they are seeking. He excels at taking new approaches to finding the perfect pairing of company and potential employee. "I have a passion for recruiting and I genuinely like what I do," he says. Brian appreciates the work-life balance created by SALO, which offers him flexibility to spend time with his new baby. An avid golfer and certified sports nut, he also volunteers for various organizations benefiting Children's Hospitals & Clinics.
